Location: Rocky Mount
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location on an On-site work schedule. (2nd shift 3-11pm M-F)
In this role, you will impact product reliability and customer satisfaction by performing assembly and testing tasks accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair on defective units as needed.
- Document assembly and testing processes accurately to maintain quality records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly and testing procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly and testing roles or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in assembly processes and testing methodologies.
- Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
