Advanced Mfg Engineer

• Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Entry‑level experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as automation and robotics, and knowledge of data analysis and process improvement tools.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools relevant to process monitoring and improvement.

• Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing technologies.
• Hands‑on experience in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action.
