In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will lead to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Entry‑level experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as automation and robotics, and knowledge of data analysis and process improvement tools.
- Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools relevant to process monitoring and improvement.
- Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing technologies.
- Hands‑on experience in mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action.
