Role Overview

To ensure our production lines run smoothly, the Assistant Utility Operator provides vital support by overseeing product quality, keeping the workspace orderly, and aiding machine operators. • Collaborate with machine operators to set up, run, and oversee manufacturing machinery.
• Identify product flaws early to help the team maintain high quality standards.
• Support efficient operations by managing inventory and organizing necessary production supplies.
• Contribute to a safer workplace by keeping the area tidy and performing routine equipment maintenance.
• Ensure continuous production flow by providing coverage for colleagues during their breaks.

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this position.
• Prior background in production or manufacturing settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
