Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead
Location: Broadway Plant
Schedule: 12:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Pay Rate: $37.60–$39.60 per hour, $1.00 shift differential and $2.00 attendance bonus
Position SummaryThis person will be responsible for ensuring the department runs at the company’s set efficiency, restoring breakdowns in the quickest and safest manner possible, assisting production in the daily operation of the department, being proactive to production needs, assuming supervisory responsibilities in their absence, and helping train and onboard team members/new hires in areas as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Additional maintenance training/experience required.
- Minimum of three years mechanical background.
- Knowledge of both welding and plumbing.
- Must be able to operate a cutting torch and plasma cutter.
- Able to operate loaders.
- Excellent attendance (4.0 pts or less), safety and work records.
