• Fabricate and produce component parts for final assembly of windows.
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors and glass units.
• Support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading and unloading materials.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, routers and other equipment.
• Read and carry out verbal and written instructions, work orders, labels and schedules.
• Use tape measure to read measurements, inspect and observe product defects.
• Make fraction and decimal conversions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.

• At least 18 years of age to apply.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing and reading a tape measure.
