• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Carrying out cable wiring to specification
• Assembling and connecting electrical components accurately
• Checking completed work to ensure it meets required standards
• Working methodically to maintain production quality and consistency

• Some prior experience in a wiring, electrical assembly, or similar hands-on role
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring schematics
• A careful, methodical approach with good attention to detail
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (desirable)
