As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations within the integrated supply chain, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and customer expectations.
You will report directly to our Site Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location on an on‑site work schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

- Experience in production supervision within supply chain or manufacturing environments, with a focus on operational efficiency and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in managing production schedules, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and resolving operational issues.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking software to monitor and optimize production performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing production team.
- Experience driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
