Location: Prince George
Perdue Foods seeks a Plant Manager to lead production, maintenance, quality and engineering in a large manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost discipline, while developing future leaders and aligning with corporate goals.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will champion lean and Six Sigma, manage KPIs, and ensure environmental and regulatory compliance. Salary ranges reflect experience and bonus eligibility.
