Marathon Staffing is seeking an Experienced Machine Operator & Production Laborer (POG) for our Gretna, VA facility. This physically demanding role requires comfortable lifting, repetitive work, and teamwork in a hot, non-air-conditioned plant.
You will set up and operate production machinery, monitor equipment, and assist with pallet stacking. Prior machining or manufacturing experience is preferred, with a strong work ethic and reliability essential to succeed.
