Pilgrim's - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Supervisor in successfully operating the Hatchery Department and assume supervisory responsibilities in their absence;
Monitor employees and enforce HACCP and SSOPs;
Assist with Embrex process from AM cycle/setup to PM cycle/cleanup;
Train and assign employees to proper work areas;
Lead other team members and oversee hatchery operations
