Location: Glasgow
Mohawk Industries - - Responsibilities:
Operate sewing machine and knife and ensuring that they are sewn in correctly;
Run carpet in J-box making sure it is running in straight;
Watch J-box to ensure carpet is entering accumulator in proper position;
Watch for torn leader or seams and re-sew them to prevent tear outs;
Inspect carpet as it rolls into the machine to alert supervisor of defects
