Empire Bakery in Rocky Mount, VA, is seeking a Sanitation Trainer for the night shift. Start pay is $21.00 per hour, with a work schedule of 5:30PM-3:00AM, Monday to Friday. This role reports to the Quality Manager/Sanitation Supervisor and is based at the Commissary.
The position requires strong knowledge of sanitation programs, GMP, and food safety, plus 2+ years in sanitation and 1 year in leadership. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds is needed.
