Production Associate Vinyl Weekend

Base Pay Rate

$16.00 per hour, plus $1.45 per hour shift differential.

Weekend shift: 6 AM to 6 PM Friday – Sunday.

• Fabricate and produce component parts for the final assembly of windows.
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools (saws, welders, routers).
• Read and carry out written and verbal instructions, work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure to read measurements and inspect for product defects.
• Perform fraction and decimal conversions.
• Operate equipment needed to perform job functions.
• Provide on‑job training to new employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The training period requires working Monday through Friday 6a.m. – 6p.m. and could last approximately six weeks.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing.
• Preferred experience reading a tape measure.

Note:

Full‑time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.
