Base Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift

Shift 1st: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday
- Friday

Shift 3rd: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday
- Friday

The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of component parts for the final assembly of windows. The role involves a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment with heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.

• Training period requires working Monday through Friday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm and may last up to six weeks.
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials.
• Operate hand and power tools, including saws, welders, and routers.
• Understand and carry out verbal and written instructions; read work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure and perform fractional and decimal conversions.
• Operate machinery necessary for the job.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in manufacturing and tape measure reading preferred.
