Work shift: 1st Shift FT

Pay: $17.80

The Team Member will be responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Operate in a safe manner, and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
• Use a handheld computer to pick and scan product.
• Communicate effectively with other TM's and assist in coordinating to accomplish all assigned tasks.
• Operate powered pallet jack, forklift and/or reach truck. Inspect daily, charge batteries, maintain battery water level, and change batteries as necessary.
• Deliver raw materials, packaging, and pallets to the appropriate production areas.
• Move inventory in an organized manner to store in a subzero freezer, cooler, and a dry goods area.
• Move finished goods and work-in-progress from production lines to the shipping area.
• Unload trucks.
• Cover and stretch-wrap pallets.
• Ensure assigned production lines are continuously supplied with clean raw materials and packaging.
• Record movement transactions in the SAP system.
• Ensure all raw materials and finished goods are labeled correctly.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment according to 5S principles, GMP's, and USDA regulations.
• Report any damages, discrepancies, unsafe behaviors, and risks to Lead.

• 6 months continuous work history with a single employer in the past 12 months and 6 months of forklift experience within the last 12 months.
• Must be able to lift a 50-pound weight and push/pull 100 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must wear steel/composite toe boots that conform to site requirements.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment (-10 degrees below zero to 40 degrees
  
  F).
• Must be willing to accomplish other duties as assigned.
