Production Associate Shipping Weekend Shift

Job Details

Base Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift.

Shift 1st: 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday – Friday
Shift 3rd: 6:00pm to 6:00am Monday – Friday

Benefits start on day one. Includes shoe voucher reimbursement.

• Fabricate and produce component parts for the final assembly of windows.
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, routers, and other equipment as needed.
• Read and carry out verbal and simple written instructions, work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Measure, inspect, examine, and observe for product defects. Make fraction and decimal conversions.
• Operate any equipment required to perform the job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.

• At least 18years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50pounds continuously above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing.
• Preferably experienced in reading a tape measure.
