Position Overview

We're hiring entry-level Millwork Technicians to join our fast-paced production floor in Toano, Virginia. This is a hands-on, keep-moving role where you'll be placed in one of our core production areas: milling, fabrication, finishing, or shipping. No millwork experience required. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in staying productive, works well with a team, and doesn't mind a good day's work, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

Depending on your placement area, your day-to-day may include:

• Operating production equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, or finishing wood millwork components to specification.
• Supporting the finishing team with surface prep, staining, or coating application.
• Preparing, staging, and loading finished product in the shipping area.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift.
• Communicating clearly with your team to keep production moving.
