Har-Tru, LLC is seeking a TCM Plant Operator (Bagger) for the 2nd shift to join our Charlottesville, VA manufacturing team. You will operate advanced TCM plant machinery, perform setup and changeovers, and monitor output quality while following SOPs to ensure safe, efficient production.
The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork. You will troubleshoot minor equipment issues, assist with PM, and uphold Lean/6S standards in a fast-paced environment.
