Production Associate Day Shift

Job Details

Base Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift.

Shift 1st: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday
- Friday.

Shift 3rd: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday
- Friday.

Shoe Voucher/Reimbursement.

The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. This role works in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive environment, including heavy lifting and hand-operated tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as needed.
• Understand and carry out verbal instructions.
• Read and carry out simple written instructions, work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure, inspect, examine, and observe for product defects.
• Make fraction and decimal conversions.
• Operate any equipment necessary for the job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.
