Provide direction to production team members to meet metrics in a timely manner;
Monitor line staffing and adjust staffing levels daily to achieve line goals;
Ensure all components and paperwork for the next schedule are ready;
Interact with Team Leaders, Supervisors, QA, Production Staff and Warehouse to achieve smooth production runs;
Enforce safety policies and conduct accident investigations as required
