Location: Rocky Mount
Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams, focusing on safety, quality and continuous improvement in extrusion operations. You will supervise, train and develop staff to meet production demands.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Management or Engineering and 1–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Strong communication, teamwork and knowledge of 5S/lean practices are essential.
