Machine Operators & General Labor – Immediate Openings

We are looking for experienced Machine Operators and hardworking production laborers to join our manufacturing team immediately. This position is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and physically demanding. Employees will be expected to assist with machine operation as well as manual labor tasks, including hand stacking palletized product daily.

This role requires individuals who can handle working in a hot manufacturing plant environment during the summer months. The facility is not air conditioned and airflow is limited, so candidates must be comfortable working in high temperatures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Set up machines and make minor adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Perform general production and warehouse labor
• Hand stack products onto pallets throughout the shift
• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and physical labor
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Comfortable working in a hot, physically intense environment
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to help where needed
