Kaiser Aluminum in Bellwood, VA invites an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the Tube Mill & Extrusion line. You will supervise 12‑hour shifts, drive safety, meet production schedules, and coordinate with planning and maintenance to keep 24/7 operations running smoothly.
You bring 3–5 years in heavy manufacturing supervision or a two-year technical degree, plus strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Lean/WMS knowledge is a plus.
