Schedule: Monday
- Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience in direct mail, print production, manufacturing, or scheduling preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- ERP or Print Stream software experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime or flexible hours as needed
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines and manufacturing goals.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and workflow to support efficient production operations.
- Monitor production output and communicate daily performance metrics.
- Analyze scheduling and production data to improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize ERP, logistics, and manufacturing software to track production activities.
