SUMMARY

Working cell leader responsible for assisting supervisor with daily work assignments and directing employees who report to production supervisor in punch-off to carry out all facets of work required to prepare and ship all types of Munters equipment. Additional work assignments throughout production may apply as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leads morning Tier Meetings with direct reports in their assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Ensures scheduled orders are built per the production schedule and in accordance to prescribed best practices to meet scheduled ship dates.
  • Directs and assists flow lane employees with daily work assignments.
  • Ensures daily labor is entered and in-process check sheets are completed as required.
  • Responsible for safety awareness and enforcement of safety practices (including the use of PPE).
  • Assists supervisor with skills and knowledge development of existing and new employees.
  • Complete quality assurance inspection and in-process paperwork.
  • Maintain safe, and organized work area.
  • Notify supervisor or other appropriate resource when problems arise concerning equipment, operations, materials, inventory, or documentation.
  • Trained and capable to operate Travel Lift / Boat Lift and Cranes necessary to load equipment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Preferred experience in paint, Blueprint reading, use of measuring devices and good mechanical aptitude, use of hand and power tools.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Munters Corp Orientation, Quality and Safety Assurance Awareness, Electrical.

HOURS OF WORK

Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs.
