Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Orange, VA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 3rd shift (11pm - 7am, Sun - Thurs)

• Operate conventional and CNC production machines such as winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, welders, etc.
• Sand, deburr, and perform other finishing tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Understand material hardness, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls.
• Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.
• Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize safety and quality.
