Job DescriptionEnsure product is pumped to specifications
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to follow daily pump set up procedures.
- Assuring weight is within allowed tolerance on all test/tanks.
- Responsible for the coordination of order in which products are to be pumped.
- Monitoring pump levels by weighing raw materials in and out of the operation and adjusting the injector to achieve desired pump percent.
- Responsible for the detailed record keeping to ensure injection sheets and batch documents are accurate and complete.
- Responsible for following plant rules and working conditions as it pertains to the GMP's and clean equipment criteria.
- Frequent use of forklift and pallet floor jack to move meat from area to area.
Qualifications:
- Must have less than 7 occurrences
- No write-ups in the past 12 months
- Must be in present position at least six (6) months
