Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $70,000.00 USD Annually

Description

A growing food company located near Harrisonburg, VA is currently searching for a Production Supervisor with poultry experience.

In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed

Salary range for this position is $65-70k plus 10% bonus. Medical, Dental and Vision offered to qualified candidates

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in protein conversion in a food production plant REQUIRED
• 2+ years production lead or supervisor experience REQUIRED
• Experience in poultry REQUIRED
• Knowledge of Protein Conversion Operations. REQUIRED
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
