Lyondell Basell is hiring an Operations Team Coordinator for the Bedford, VA plant. This night-shift role (6pm–6am) oversees production, training, and supervision of a manufacturing team to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to GMP practices.
Under the Operations Manager, the OTC assists with training, shift supervision, and coordinating multi-department activities. Candidates should have a year of manufacturing experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
