The program offers four 6-month assignments across Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality & Mission Assurance, Scheduling & Material Planning and Supply Chain Material Management at multiple MS L sites.
Participants gain cross-functional, hands-on learning, leadership development, and exposure to various facilities while pursuing growth into Operations leadership
