Manufacturing Machine Operator

Pro Ampac is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to run and monitor packaging production lines in a fast-paced, safety-focused plant. In this role, you will set up and operate manufacturing equipment, perform quality checks, and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications. You'll troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, complete basic maintenance, and accurately record production data and downtime. Working closely with your team, you'll support continuous improvement, follow all safety and GMP guidelines, and help ensure on-time delivery of innovative, sustainable flexible packaging for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines for flexible packaging production
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
• Adjust machine settings to optimize output, reduce waste, and maintain efficiency
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and process issues and escalate complex problems
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep equipment and work area clean
• Accurately record production data, downtime, and quality results in logs or systems
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and GMP/5
• S housekeeping standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and goals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements
• Comply with company policies, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
