Job Overview

Machine Helper (2nd shift; must be able to train on 1st shift). The Machine Helper plays a critical role in supporting the manufacturing process within the non‑durable goods sector by ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. This position involves assisting machine operators with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. The Machine Helper contributes to quality control by monitoring equipment performance and reporting any irregularities or malfunctions promptly.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines as required.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and equipment needs.
• Support quality control efforts by observing product output and reporting defects.
