Total Talent Solutions is now hiring for a Machine Operator in Orange, VA. The pay rate is $18.00 – $19.00 per hour ($18/hr. + $1 shift premium). The schedule is 3rd shift, 11 PM – 7 AM, Sunday – Thursday. Run the Gear. Earn the Check.

Job Duties:

• Operate conventional and CNC production machines, including (but not limited to): winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders
• Perform finishing work such as sanding and deburring to meet quality standards
• Apply knowledge of material hardness, tooling selection, cutting speeds/feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a safety-focused manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a CNC Machinist or similar machining role
• Familiarity with multiple CNC machines and control systems
• Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques
• Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and safety awareness

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on machining experience
• Welding knowledge is a strong plus
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
