Experienced Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Lawrence Brothers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
• Maintain and service equipment including forklifts, welders, grinders, and other shop machinery
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete and maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards
• Assist with facility maintenance as needed

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting
• Strong electrical knowledge (troubleshooting, wiring, basic diagnostics)
• Experience working with industrial equipment such as forklifts, welders, powder coating system and grinders
• Ability to manage projects independently, including planning and material procurement
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatic preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attendance and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
