Location: Hinton, VA 22831

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Box Machine Operator to join our team on the second shift at our Hinton, VA facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining box manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

• Operate box manufacturing machines safely and efficiently during the second shift.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Previous experience operating box or packaging machinery preferred.
• Ability to work second shift hours reliably.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Second Shift: Typically from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
