Columbia Forest Products seeks a Team Lead (Supervisor) for our Chatham, Virginia facility. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing supervision experience and strong lean manufacturing knowledge, with excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
