We are looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Communication Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team.

In this role, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of Lovable's content and communication strategy, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints, both physical and digital. You will work closely with internal teams and creative partners to bring the brand's stories to life and strengthen Lovable's market presence.

Your mission

You will be responsible for developing Lovable's brand communication, coordinating the dissemination of creative assets across all channels and markets to ensure a coherent, distinctive, and impactful brand expression.

Principal responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of Lovable's content strategy, translating the brand's positioning into relevant and engaging content.
• Contribute to the planning and sharing of the Brand Communication Calendar within the organization.
• Ensure that brand guidelines and communication principles are consistently applied across all touchpoints and channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure coherence and alignment in brand communication.

Content creation and asset management

• Support the internal creative team in managing the photography and video shoots for major seasonal and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the internal creative agency to develop master creative assets.
• Manage the adaptation and distribution of content across different communication channels.

Brand activations and partnerships

• Support the development and implementation of brand communication plans and activations.
• Coordinate external events, partnerships, co-branding initiatives, and collaborations with relevant brands, associations, and personalities.
• Monitor project execution, timelines, and results, ensuring effective operational management.
• Manage budgets, supplier costs, contracts, usage rights, and administrative processes related to communication activities.

Social media and influencer marketing

• Manage Lovable's social media presence and content editorial planning.
• Coordinate influencer marketing activities, from profile identification to relationship management, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Monitor trends and opportunities, contributing to increased brand visibility and engagement.

Who we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in communication, content management, social media, or related fields, gained in a communication agency or within a retail brand.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Experience in coordinating creative productions and content development projects.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and influencer marketing dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Native Italian speaker with excellent English proficiency.
