Bimmer World specializes in the parts, servicing, and performance of BMW automobiles. We are seeking a talented Marketer to manage and maintain creative marketing and advertising programs, including branding, digital, social media, photography, video, and print media. The Marketing Manager will initially be a team‑of‑one, with the goal of establishing, leading, and expanding a marketing team.
Overall ResponsibilityResponsible for managing and maintaining Bimmer World’s creative marketing and advertising programs. The role focuses on customer acquisition and retention strategies, creative design, and brand image.
KeyJob Duties
Creating compelling visual marketing materials and executing social media campaigns to engage BMW owners and enthusiasts, increase customer acquisition, and drive sales.
- Digital campaigns, print advertising, apparel, and other visual media.
- Make decisions and provide advice to uphold and increase Bimmer World’s high‑value brand image.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Web departments to align email content with brand approval.
- Maintain an organized archive of past, present, and future marketing materials.
- Create merchandising imagery and standard web‑ready graphics for promotional campaigns.
- Review product instructions and external documents for clear communication and brand consistency.
Managing Email Campaigns sent to Bimmer World‑owned email lists.
- Send semi‑monthly/weekly direct email campaigns featuring monthly offers, specials, and news.
- Maintain circulation, scheduling, and distribution of these campaigns.
- Improve list management and expand targeted audiences within our existing mailing list (currently 3,000 recipients).
Managing and directing all Bimmer World social media presence.
- Operate and post on official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, etc.).
- Identify engaging content to attract and retain followers.
- Create high‑engagement posts, photos, captions, tags, and statuses for ongoing campaigns.
- Prioritize social media efforts on outlets with the greatest impact and collaborate with partners for cross‑promotion.
Involvement in onboarding and periodic updates of Bimmer World Project Cars.
- Capture official delivery photos, short videos, and first‑drive impressions.
- Provide photography and content materials to the Web Team for publishing.
- Create social posts that encourage visits to Project Car web pages and products.
- Advise owners on modifications, routine maintenance, and product tie‑ins.
- Coordinate with product vendors to supply parts for new/active Project Cars.
- Help onboard new projects and suggest catalog additions.
- Organize Project Car content for easy retrieval and future use.
- Assist in directing Project Cars to maximize exposure and influence BMW enthusiast buying trends.
Coordinating and capitalizing marketing opportunities with the Bimmer World Race Team.
- Increase visibility of racing partnerships and stakeholders.
- Identify synergies between race team and partners.
- Provide press relations and Social Media correspondence during selective travel events.
- Acquire still and video photography at race events for marketing campaigns.
Marketing assistance for Bimmer World’s sister companies:
Lifeline USA & Powerflex USA.
- Develop new initiatives to expand brand awareness and sales for North American‑exclusive product lines.
- College degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, Photography, Video, and other visual mediums.
- Advantage in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
- Strong writing and creative messaging skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and management.
- Up‑to‑date on industry trends and the ability to adapt.
- Capacity to meet goals and deliver results.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
- Proficiency in business software (Office suites, email, marketing tools).
- Experience with HTML, web content, Word Press, and other CMS is a plus.
- Team player capable of building a future marketing team.
