Job DescriptionWithin the Marketing Department, you will lead the operational development of a leading brand in its market. You are responsible for the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and the financial and extra-financial performance of its brand.

Description:
Report to the Head of Group, you contribute to the development of its brand.
In this role, you:
- Contribute to the implementation of the brand strategy (identity, positioning)
- Lead and coordinate with the Head of Group and the industrial and R&D project leaders the innovation pipeline: from concept definition to first productions
- Lead the brand marketing budget
- Recommend and ensure the implementation and follow-up of marketing actions according to the defined objectives
- Conduct market analyses to recommend associated action plans and provide regular reporting to management
- Monitor business performance (sell in, sell out, market share, profitability, ROI of campaigns), propose improvements to enhance the performance of the product portfolio and ensure competitive product mixes
- Build and lead the activation plan (Media & Communication) with a focus on execution excellence: coordination of agencies, development of materials, management of actions and KPIs
- Conduct technological, competitive, and market evolutions monitoring
- Perform analyses (market trends, brand performance)
- Lead innovation and renovation projects
- Work closely with commercial teams, category management, digital, supply chain, finance, creative agencies, and media to prioritize actions and ensure the execution of the activation plan
Profile Sought:
- Education:
Higher specialized education diploma in marketing (Master) or Food Science Engineer - Experience:
3-4 years in a similar role in consumer goods - Soft-skills:
Leadership, team spirit, commitment, persuasiveness, creativity, differentiation research, good adaptation, organization, analysis, and synthesis skills. You are comfortable leading strategy while managing operational tasks, and you can evolve in a complex environment.
