Job Overview
Assistant, Trade Advertising – New York City (minimum two days per week in the SoHo office). Supports planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple marketing teams. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, data‑driven mindset, proactive problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with scheduling and setup of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns.
- Maintain organized documentation using Google Drive, spreadsheets, and Airtable.
- Track campaign timelines to confirm launches occur as planned, proactively flagging risks or delays and helping implement solutions.
- Ensure accuracy for seasonal advertising grids for each marketing team, translating marketing plans into clear placement schedules outlining vendors, formats, timing, and key campaign details.
- Research new advertising vendors and partners aligned with target audiences, campaign objectives, and brand strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all advertising deliverables are received accurately and on time.
- Provide general administrative and project‑coordination assistance to ensure smooth execution of advertising initiatives and marketing support.
- Strong time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets and Drive.
- Interest in advertising, marketing, media planning, or publishing is preferred.
- Annual Salary: $52,000.
