Marketing Events Coordinator (part-time, temp

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Temporary Marketing Events Coordinator to lead the coordination and execution of marketing events. This position is expected to average 24 hours per week
, with hours varying based on event schedules and business needs.

The role will support marketing and sales initiatives through events such as home tours, seminars, and client appreciation gatherings. This person will also support the Business Development Manager with community engagement events and partner with the Sales team on lead-generating initiatives.

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage all logistics for marketing events including:
• Home Tours
• Client Seminars
• Client Appreciation Gatherings
• Supervise on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring branded materials, signage, and supplies are in place.
• Manage event timelines, task lists, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
• Source and coordinate with vendors (venues, rentals, catering, etc.).

• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
• Ability to lift/move lightweight items and travel to event and photo shoot locations
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend events
