Marketing Coordinator

SkinDC, a leading dermatology and aesthetics practice, is looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You’ll help bring our brand to life through engaging visuals, digital content, and community connection. This is a hands on, entry level role with room to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

You’ll work closely with our Business Development Director (BDD) to support all aspects of our marketing strategy — from social media and content creation to internal communications and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content — Capture and edit photos/videos in-office for social media, website, and educational materials.
• Manage social media — Post regularly across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In, Pinterest, etc.), engage with followers, and monitor messages.
• Write captivating copy — Craft posts, captions, and newsletters that are informative and on-brand.
• Support internal marketing — Build a monthly staff newsletter and assist with marketing presentations.
• Maintain organization — Keep track of marketing calendars, photo databases, and consent forms for patient and staff images.
• Collaborate — Work directly with the BDD and team to align on strategy, creative direction, and performance updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!).
• Proficient in social media platforms, photo/video editing tools, and basic AI content tools.
• Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
