Vailes Professional Services is looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts of our growing HVAC and home services company.

This position will focus primarily on social media, digital content, marketing campaign coordination, and SEO. You'll help keep our social channels active, coordinate planned campaigns and promotions, create engaging content, support local search visibility, and help ensure marketing initiatives stay organized and on schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career.

• Marketing, communications, digital media, business, or related education or experience
• Current students pursuing a related degree are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools
• Comfortable learning new marketing platforms and technology
• Creative, dependable, and detail-oriented

Current students pursuing marketing, communications, digital media, advertising, business, or a related degree are encouraged to apply. Relevant coursework, internships, freelance projects, or experience managing social media is helpful.
