Accountant, Tax Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

Overview

35-40 hours (Over-time during Tax Season). Exciting opportunity to join a growing company and use your accounting expertise. High energy individual needed to perform bookkeeping for multiple small business clients, including processing bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, payroll, payroll taxes, and general clerical duties using Quick Books accounting software. Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge needed. Assist with tax preparation for businesses and individuals.

Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Perform bookkeeping for multiple small business clients, including processing bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements
• Manage payroll and payroll taxes
• Handle general clerical duties as needed
• Use Quick Books accounting software to support day-to-day accounting tasks
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data
• Assist with tax preparation for businesses and individuals
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, or tax preparation
• Quick Books experience required
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service skills
