Job Description
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for handling multiple clients' bookkeeping on a weekly or monthly basis as well as other accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
- Prepare and process financial transactions, such as invoices, expense reports, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements to ensure accuracy.
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Quick Books Online & Desktop a must
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Previous experience in accrual journal entries
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Willingness to learn new software or already have experience in Acumatica and Procas
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
