Accounting Manager - Hybrid

Job Description

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management and inventory control, with a strong understanding of GAAP accounting procedures and proficiency in Netsuite. Manufacturing and cost accounting experience necessary. This role will report directly to the CEO.

This position is hybrid.

• Manage all financial operations, including general ledger journal entries, account reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and day‑to‑day record keeping.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and forecasts.
• Perform gross margin and expense analysis.
• Work with external firms and assist with financial and tax audits.
• Work with manufacturing department to manage purchasing and inventory

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years accounting experience.
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of GAAP accounting and procedures.
• Proficiency in Netsuite, specifically with experience in inventory management.
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven self‑starter, good interpersonal and time management skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
