LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a contract-to-hire opportunity in the Westend of Richmond, VA.
OverviewWork schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime.
- Enter and code accounts payable invoices.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Handle credit card payments.
- Run weekly check runs.
- Generate reports and perform other assigned duties.
- Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft is a plus.
Contract Pay: $20–$22 per hour.
Perm Pay: $22–$24 per hour.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b) with match, paid time off, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401(k) plan. Eligible employees may receive paid leave including paid sick leave and holiday pay where applicable.
