Junior Accountant

Full Time

In Office (Stafford, VA)

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Management or Financial Management.

2-3 years of experience in accounting or internship with accounting firms. Exposure to government accounting and experience working with government clients is preferred.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with eligibility for a security clearance.

• Perform monthly reconciliations of expenses.
• Manage credit card expenses.
• Assist with management and tracking of contract’s funding.
• Manage company travel forms and expenses.
• Manage salary surveys and general pricing efforts for contract bids.
• Assist proposal efforts with any other accounting requirements.
• Manage payroll in Quickbooks.
• Manage time cards and track correct charge codes.
• Track PTO and employee time-off codes.
• Work in a team setting, assisting with various other accounting tasks, as needed.
