Senior Associate

• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting work papers.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Work closely with clients to provide accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services.
• Research accounting issues and develop practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement more efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple client engagements and industries.
• Mentor and support junior staff as they develop professionally.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by providing responsive, high-quality service.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• CPA license or progress toward certification is a plus.
