Entry Level Accountant

Assignment Type: Temporary (Contract through the end of October)

Compensation: $18-25/hr

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and monitor project budgets to ensure financial accuracy
• Review and approve project-related costs against established budgets
• Prepare and submit completed budget documentation for accounting processing
• Track project financial information and maintain organized supporting documentation
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team
• Assist with project financial reporting and budget updates
• Support special accounting and finance projects as assigned
• Ensure project records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with budgeting, project coordination, accounting support, or administrative responsibilities preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
